What is RentHub360?

RentHub360 is a marketplace for booking home services online. Instead of separately tracking down a plumber, electrician, appliance technician, or cleaner, you book directly through the site or app, at a price shown upfront, and we take care of getting a verified professional to you.

What services can I book?

Our catalog covers home and appliance cleaning, electronics and appliance repair (AC, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, and more), plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, pest control, bike and vehicle servicing, packers and movers, and several other categories — browse "List of Services" on the homepage for the full catalog in your city.

Which cities do you operate in?

We currently operate in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mysuru and Vijayawada. Pick your city from the dropdown at the top of the site to see what's bookable there — pricing and availability can vary by city.

How do I book a service?

Log in by verifying your mobile number with an OTP (new numbers get an account automatically), pick a service, add it to your cart or use Quick Book to skip straight to checkout, confirm your address and contact number, and place the booking. You'll get a booking number to track it under "My Profile."

Who actually shows up to do the work?

Every booking is reviewed by our team, who assign it to either a verified independent service provider or our own in-house staff — whichever is the better fit for that job. Providers go through identity verification and a defined skill check before they're eligible to be assigned a booking, so it's never an unvetted stranger.

How is pricing worked out — are there hidden charges?

The price shown against a service is what you pay for that item; where a service is priced on request (shown as "Request a Callback"), our team will follow up with a quote before any work starts. We don't add charges you weren't shown upfront.

How and when do I pay?

Bookings are placed on a pay-after-service basis — you pay once the work is actually done, directly to whoever carried it out. We don't process online payments on your behalf at checkout.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

Contact us with your booking number and what went wrong, and our team will follow up with the assigned provider. You can also leave a rating and review on the service page once it's complete, which helps us and other customers.

I run a home-service business — how do I get listed as a provider?

Go to the Provider Login page and verify your mobile number the same way a customer does, then fill in your profile (photo, experience, and an ID proof for verification). Our team reviews every new provider before they're eligible for bookings — you'll see your verification status on your provider dashboard.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Contact us as soon as possible with your booking number if you need to cancel or reschedule. Since a provider may already be assigned, the earlier you reach out, the easier it is for us to sort out.
