Acceptance of Terms

These are the terms of a legal agreement between you and RentHub360 ("RentHub360", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website, mobile app, or contacting us by phone, email, or any other channel (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the updated version takes effect as soon as it's posted on this page.

Disclaimer

Information on the Services is provided for general reference. We take reasonable care to keep listed services, pricing, and provider details accurate, but we don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. To the extent permitted by law, RentHub360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.

Accounts and Login

Customers and service providers sign in by verifying their mobile number with a one-time code (OTP); admins sign in with an email address and a password, which is stored only as a one-way hash. You're responsible for keeping your phone and any password secret, since anyone who has them can act on your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book a service.
• The information you provide when creating an account or completing a profile (name, phone number, city, and — for service providers — ID proof for verification) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may suspend or deactivate an account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

Booking Rules for Services

• Prices shown against a service are what you pay for that specific item; where a price isn't listed, it's a "request a callback" item and our team will follow up with a quote.
• A booking is confirmed once placed, but the service provider assigned to carry it out is decided after the booking is made — either an external verified provider or our own in-house team.
• Payment for a completed service is handled directly between you and the assigned provider unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
• If you need to report an issue with a booking — a missed appointment, unprofessional conduct, or a dispute over the work done — contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and we'll look into it.

Information We Collect and How It's Used

To provide the Services we collect the information you give us directly: your name, phone number, service address, and — where relevant — a service provider's ID proof and skill details submitted for verification. We use this to create and manage your account, process bookings, assign providers, and contact you about a booking.

• Your booking details (service address, contact number, and what was booked) are shared with the provider assigned to that booking, since they need it to carry out the work.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• A provider's ID proof is stored privately and is only accessible to our admin team for verification purposes — it is never shown publicly.
• We may use basic analytics to understand how the Services are used, in order to improve them.

Ratings and Reviews

Reviews shown on the Services reflect the opinions of the customers who submitted them and not the views of RentHub360. We don't verify the accuracy of every review, though we may remove one that's abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise breaches these terms.

Dispute Resolution

RentHub360 connects customers with service providers but is not itself the party performing the service. Where a dispute arises between a customer and a provider — over pricing, quality of work, or conduct — we'll try to help mediate it, but responsibility for resolving the underlying dispute rests between the customer and the provider involved.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentHub360's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question. You agree to indemnify RentHub360 against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these terms.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this page from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a revision is posted means you accept the updated terms — we'd encourage checking back here occasionally if you're a frequent user.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
