Frequently Asked Questions

For Tenants

Yes. You never pay a brokerage fee to use RentHub360 — you contact property owners and managers directly, and any commercial terms are strictly between you and them.
Open any listing and tap "I'm Interested" — this shares your contact details with the owner/property manager so they can reach out. You can also message them directly once you're signed in.
Flats are entire homes for rent. PG/Co-living listings are shared rooms with a set number of people sharing. Property Sale listings are for buying or selling a property outright rather than renting it.
Tap the heart icon on any listing card to save it. You'll find everything you've saved under the "Saved" tab in the main navigation.
Listings are reviewed for basic quality and completeness before they go live. As with any rental search, we still recommend visiting a property in person and verifying documents before making any payment.
