1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing listings, or posting a property on RentHub360 ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Platform.

2. What RentHub360 Is (and Isn't)

RentHub360 is a listing and discovery platform that connects tenants and buyers directly with property owners and property managers. We are not a real estate broker, agent, letting agency, or party to any rental or sale agreement made between users.

Any lease, rental agreement, sale transaction, deposit, or payment arranged between users happens entirely outside the Platform and is the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately at admin@renthub360.in if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Listings & Content

When you post a property listing, you confirm that:

• You have the right to list the property (as the owner, an authorized manager, or an existing tenant listing a shared space).
• The information, photos, and videos you provide are accurate and not misleading.
• You will keep the listing up to date, including removing or unlisting it once it's no longer available.

We reserve the right to review, edit, unlist, or remove any listing that appears fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, fraudulent, or duplicate listings.
• Harass, discriminate against, or misrepresent yourself to another user.
• Use the Platform to collect user contact information for unrelated marketing or spam.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.

6. No Brokerage, No Guarantee

RentHub360 does not charge brokerage fees to tenants or buyers for using the Platform, and we don't take a cut of any rent, deposit, or sale amount. That said, we don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the conduct of any user, or the outcome of any transaction. Always verify a property, its ownership, and any documents in person before making a payment or signing an agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

RentHub360 is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction, agreement, or interaction between users, or from reliance on information posted by another user.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any account found violating these terms, including posting fraudulent listings or abusing other users. You may stop using the Platform, or request deletion of your account, at any time — see our Opt-out page.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform or applicable law. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use RentHub360 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
