1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount generated by using the Platform:

• Account details: your name, email address, and/or phone number when you sign up or sign in.
• Listing & profile information: anything you add when posting a property (address, price, photos, videos, description) or setting up a tenant/manager profile.
• Communications: messages sent through the Platform, interest submissions, support/contact messages, and maintenance requests.
• Usage data: basic technical information like your browser type and pages viewed, used only to keep the Platform working correctly.

2. How We Use It

• To create and manage your account, and let you sign in.
• To show your listings to prospective tenants/buyers, and to connect you when you express interest in a listing.
• To operate features like tenant management, maintenance tracking, saved listings, and messaging.
• To respond to support requests sent via our Contact Us page.
• To keep the Platform secure and prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated automated requests).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing Between Users

RentHub360 exists to connect people directly, so some information is shared by design: when you express interest in a listing or message an owner/manager, your name and contact details are shared with them so they can respond. Similarly, a listing's title, photos, price, and location are visible to anyone browsing the Platform.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate core features:

• Google Sign-In (Firebase): to let you sign in with your Google account securely, without us ever seeing your Google password.
• MSG91: to send one-time passcodes (OTPs) to your phone number when you choose to sign in with a phone number.

These providers process only what's necessary to perform sign-in or OTP delivery, under their own privacy policies.

5. Storage & Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're hashed before being saved. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no online platform can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and avoid sharing your login details with anyone.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings. If you'd like your account and personal data deleted, or to stop receiving communications from us, visit our Opt-out page — it takes about a minute.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences like saved listings — this stays on your own device and isn't used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

RentHub360 is intended for users aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the Platform or applicable law. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
